We are currently seeking a professional and experienced **Front Office Supervisor** to join our team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel front office operations, guest service excellence, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day front office operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead, train, and support front desk team members
- **Prepare and manage duty rosters/shift schedules** for the front office team
- Handle guest check-in/check-out and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Manage reservations, room inventory, and booking channels
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, sales, and other departments
- Monitor performance and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel
- Solid experience in **front office operations, reservations, and guest handling**
- Knowledge of **hotel sales and upselling techniques**
- Hands-on experience with **IDS PMS** and **Staah Channel Manager**
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be **locally available in Qatar** ,can joing with short notice.
