• Maintaining accurate records of guest information and payments.
• Addressing guest feedback and providing information about hotel services and local amenities.
• Ensuring the lobby and reception area remain organized and presentable.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional hospitality.
• Experience with receptionist duties and front office operations, including check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple calls and inquiries efficiently.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Ability to use hotel management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) effectively.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer-facing role is preferred.
