Role overview
Premier Inn is recruiting a Duty Manager for the London St Pancras hotel.
The role leads hotel shifts, supports guests and helps keep the hotel running smoothly.
The position is active and involves working across multiple hotel departments.
Pay and contract
- Pay is up to £15.86 per hour.
- The contract is permanent and does not use zero-hours contracts.
- The role provides 40 guaranteed hours per week.
Location and shifts
- The workplace is London St Pancras Premier Inn, Clifton House, 88 Euston Road, Euston, London, NW1 2RA.
- Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.
What you will do
- Lead hotel shifts and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
- Support and coach team members throughout the day.
- Help guests with questions and resolve problems.
- Support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams as needed.
- Identify issues early and put them right.
- Help keep guests safe and the hotel operating properly.
