- Inspect rooms, public spaces, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards
- Report on rented rooms, check room status, determine out of order rooms, prioritize cleaning, and update departure room status
- Assist housekeeping management in daily activities
- Coordinate efforts between housekeeping, engineering, front desk, and laundry
- Document and resolve out of order room issues with front desk
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/schedules
- Report unresolved issues to next shift
- Perform required administrative tasks
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
