Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to inspect rooms and public areas for quality standards
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces

Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 55 pounds or less without assistance and more than 55 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Use continuous manual dexterity and motor skills.
