- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs (25 kg) with assistance

Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool after cleaning to ensure quality standards
- Prepare room availability reports, verify room status, determine room discrepancies, prioritize cleaning, and update checkout room status
- Assist housekeeping management in daily activities
- Act as liaison coordinating efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
- Document and resolve room discrepancy issues with Front Desk
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/whiteboards
- Communicate all issues to next shift
- Complete required paperwork
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Physical Requirements
- Move at a speed required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog)
- Read and visually verify information in various formats
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
- Enter and locate work related information using computers or POS systems
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights
- Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Move on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
- Climb stairs and service ramps
- Continuous use of manual dexterity and motor skills
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 lbs (25 kg) without assistance and more with assistance
- Push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other job related machinery on sloping and uneven surfaces
