Responsibilities
- Inspect rooms, public spaces, pool, etc. after housekeeping to ensure quality standards
- Report on rented rooms, check room status, determine unsuitable rooms, prioritize cleaning, and update departure room status
- Assist housekeeping management in daily activities
- Liaise to coordinate efforts of housekeeping, engineering, front desk, and laundry departments
- Document and resolve issues on unsuitable rooms with front desk
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/schedules
- Report unresolved issues to the next team
- Perform required administrative tasks
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 55 lbs (25 kg) without assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or sit for extended periods

Job Overview
- Contrôler les chambres, les espaces publics, la piscine, etc. après le passage du chargé d'entretien ménager afin de garantir le respect des standards de qualité.
- Effectuer des rapports sur les chambres louées, vérifier le statut des chambres, déterminer les chambres non adaptées, établir des priorités pour le nettoyage des chambres et mettre à jour le statut des chambres des clients sur le départ.
- Assister la direction du service d'entretien ménager dans la gestion des activités quotidiennes.
Responsibilities
- Assurer la liaison pour coordonner les efforts des services d'entretien ménager, d'ingénierie, de réception et de blanchisserie.
- Documenter et résoudre les problèmes sur les chambres non adaptées avec la réception.
- Préparer, distribuer et communiquer les changements dans les feuilles d'affectation/plannings.
- Rendre compte des problèmes non résolus à l'équipe suivante.
- Effectuer les tâches administratives requises.
- Aider la direction à embaucher, former, planifier, évaluer, conseiller, rappeler les règles de disciplines, motiver et accompagner les employés.
Qualifications Recommandées
- Niveau d'études: Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalence de niveau secondaire.
- Expérience de travail connexe: Au moins 1 an d'expérience de travail connexe.
- Expérience de supervision: Au moins 1 an d'expérience de supervision.
