Position information

Housekeeping supervision

• Inspect rooms, public areas, pools, and other areas after housekeeping service to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare room reports, verify room statuses, identify unsuitable rooms, prioritize cleaning, and update departure-room statuses.
• Assist housekeeping management with daily operations and coordinate housekeeping, engineering, front desk, and laundry activities.
• Prepare and communicate assignment-sheet and schedule changes, document unresolved issues, and complete administrative tasks.
• Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and employee coaching.

Safety and service duties

• Follow safety and security policies, report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, and injuries, and complete required safety training.
• Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and retrieve work-related information.
• Respond to guest and employee concerns with clear and courteous communication.
• Inspect tools and equipment and perform physical work including lifting up to 25 kg, pushing carts, climbing stairs, and standing or walking for extended periods.

Recommended qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• No license or certification is listed.
