Position Summary

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel while helping create a memorable guest experience.

Perform a wide range of housekeeping functions and move throughout the assigned space to complete needed work.

Housekeeping Responsibilities

  • Deliver guest requests and support a positive guest experience.
  • Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Complete other similar housekeeping responsibilities as needed.

Work Requirements

  • Remain on foot and move around by standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Take a hands-on approach to daily housekeeping work.

Workplace and Standards

  • The role is based at the hotel location in Dubai and is not remote.
  • Follow safety procedures, company policies, confidentiality requirements, and quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
