Position Summary

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert, also described as a Housekeeping Attendant, maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.

The role supports guest experience through housekeeping functions, guest requests, room cleaning, and public-space cleaning.

Housekeeping Responsibilities

  • Deliver guest requests and support a memorable guest experience.
  • Stock housekeeping carts.
  • Clean hotel rooms and public spaces.
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Role Requirements

  • The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and a hands-on approach to work.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Schedule and Workplace

  • The position is full-time and based at the Westin hotel on Salwa Road in Doha, Qatar.
  • The position is not remote and is classified as non-management.
