Position Summary
The Hotel Cleanliness Expert, also described as a Housekeeping Attendant or Guest Environment Expert, maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
The role supports a memorable guest experience through housekeeping functions and a hands-on approach to work.
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests.
- Stock housekeeping carts.
- Clean hotel rooms and public spaces.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Role Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period while working.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
