Position Summary

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.

The role supports a clean, safe, and memorable guest experience through hands-on housekeeping work.

Core Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Deliver and respond to guest requests.
  • Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Physical and Conduct Requirements

  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Employees must follow safety policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
