Position Summary
The Hotel Cleanliness Expert performs a wide range of housekeeping functions across the hotel.
The role focuses on maintaining clean, attractive spaces that contribute to a memorable and unique guest experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
- Deliver guest requests and stock housekeeping carts.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
- Take a hands-on approach to assigned housekeeping work and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Role Requirements
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
