About the Role
Yorkshire Holding is seeking a Hostess/Waitress/Waiter to provide excellent customer service in Dubai. The role requires 2 years of experience, valid visa, and Russian or Arabic language skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on customer preferences
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Up sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Check products for quality
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to health department rules and customer service guidelines
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a waiter or waitress
- Valid visa (tourist visa not accepted)
- High school diploma
- Russian language preferred
- Arabic language preferred
- Experience with cash register and ordering information system
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Team player
- Good time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Active listening
- Good physical condition

Pay
- AED 1,000.00 AED 2,000.00 per month
