Guest service responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, serve meals, and clean work areas and supplies.
- Create memorable guest experiences while making transactions part of the overall dining experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and professional appearance standards.
- Read and visually verify menu information while remaining on the feet and moving around for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is listed.
