Position Overview

Workplace

• The role is performed at the hotel dining facility in Riyadh and is not remote.

Guest Seating and Dining Room Support

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
• Seat guests at clean, available tables and provide current menus.
• Guide guests through dining rooms and provide needed assistance.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and place settings for groups, including groups with special needs.
• Ensure standard place settings are complete and appropriate.
• Check menus for cleanliness, currency, quantity, and condition.

Cleanliness and Guest Well-Being

• Maintain clean work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.

Standards and Teamwork

• Follow company, safety, and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome guests, communicate professionally, answer telephones appropriately, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Support team goals, respond to employee concerns, and meet quality expectations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is required according to the listed qualifications.
• No license or certification is listed.
• The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
