Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, restaurant reception, or guest service, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or POS systems are an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance with a strong customer service focus.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
