About the Role

- Greet and welcome clients, investors, and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
- Manage guest registration, appointments, and visitor records while ensuring a seamless arrival experience
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with Sales Consultants and Customer Service representatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area, waiting lounge, and client facing spaces
- Provide refreshments and assist guests with general inquiries regarding projects, facilities, and services
- Support property launches, sales events, client meetings, and VIP visits by ensuring hospitality standards are maintained
- Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, and Administration teams to facilitate smooth client interactions and follow ups
- Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining visitor logs
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Well groomed appearance and professional demeanor
