About Soluna Restaurants & Beach Club
Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah combines a Greek-Mediterranean restaurant, artisanal bakery, beachfront setting, and family-oriented guest experience.
Service Preparation
- Prepare table plans and menus for service.
- Ensure menus are clean and ready for floor operations.
- Print buffet, brunch, promotional, and other specific menus for use.
- Maintain clean equipment and surfaces.
- Set up Micros correctly according to the meal period.
- Remain aware of promotions and discounts.
- Check daily emails and Serveme reservations.
- Print daily package forecasts for HB, BB, and FB offerings.
Guest Service
- Welcome guests enthusiastically as the first point of contact and provide information by phone or in person.
- Prepare table plans according to reservation sheets.
- Monitor guest movements, changes, and table turnover and communicate with waiting staff and the kitchen.
- Take orders and communicate information clearly to colleagues.
