Requirements

- Experience with Reservations systems and basic administrative tasks
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or luxury hotels is highly beneficial
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Role Description
- Full time, on site position based in Doha, Qatar.
- Welcomes guests and members upon arrival, manages reservations and seating plans.
- Coordinates closely with restaurant and club teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Answers phones, provides accurate information about services and amenities.
- Handles inquiries and bookings in a professional manner.
- Maintains a polished reception area, anticipates guest needs, and ensures a warm, efficient, and inclusive experience.
- Requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
