Position Summary
- Guest Service Experts take initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal.
- Tasks include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None

- Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
