Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests professionally and courteously.
  • Provide information about activities, packages, prices, schedules, and safety requirements.
  • Assist with bookings, registrations, waivers, and required documents.
  • Coordinate guest preparation and movement with the Operations Team and operational staff.
  • Manage queues, answer inquiries, and provide accurate service information.
  • Handle concerns, escalate complaints, and monitor guest satisfaction.
  • Promote activities, packages, promotions, and additional services, including suitable upselling.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and keep the reception and customer-service area clean and organized.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Assist with daily reports, customer records, and other administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or a similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Good English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A professional, friendly, and welcoming personality is required.
  • The role requires customer-service and problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, and a presentable appearance.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and changing shifts is required.
  • Applicants must be able to work outdoors and in a beach or marine environment when required.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.

Workplace

  • The work location is in person and may include outdoor beach or marine environments.
