Host - Sky 360 Restaurant

Sky 360 Restaurant is looking for a host to fill out their team on a full-time permanent basis. Hosts are responsible for several functions including, but not limited to, greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly manner, ringing in takeout and executing curbside pickup orders, seat guests, and responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant. Welcome and greet guests at the door in a prompt and friendly manner.

Answer text messages, receive and record reservations accurately in a pleasant and attentive manner.

Answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services over the phone and in person.

Maintain cleanliness of front desk area, restocking supplies and ensuring menus are organized.

Communicate with servers as to when next tables are going to be arriving.

Monitor and observe guests dining experience, ensuring guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
