Working Hours
Shifts are between Monday - Saturday
Shift times vary on a rota basis and can fall between 11:00am and 1:00am.
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover role
What you will do
- Deliver a warm and professional welcome, creating an exceptional experience for members and guests from arrival through to departure.
- Manage restaurant reservations efficiently, maximising covers and supporting revenue targets.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations on menus and service styles.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences, ensuring a personalised and seamless dining experience.
What are we looking for?
Experience of working in a similar fast paced role in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
Organised, professional with excellent people skills.
Attention to detail, ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of SevenRooms system is beneficial
