Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, bookings, walk-ins, seating arrangements, and the virtual queue.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service.
• Support the events team with enquiries for large bookings.
• Maintain a clean and organised host stand and entrance area.
• Assist with takeout orders and phone enquiries as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and uphold excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a restaurant host or waiter/waitress is required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant managing bookings and reservations is required.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills are required.
• Confidence speaking with guests by phone, email, and face to face is required.
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment is required.
