Host / Hostess

Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and stock of the restaurant menus.

Greeting, escorting and seating the guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

Ensuring that guests are seated according to their requirements.

Logging in any information about special requirements, preferences from the guests and using it to give the special touch to the service.

Ensuring that tables are appropriately cleared and re-set according to reservation plans.

Following up on any special requests related to reservations.

Liaising with the managers regarding any relevant guest requirements.

As a Host / Hostess, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
