The trainer will conduct professional sessions for students and working professionals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical hospitality training sessions.
- Share hands-on industry knowledge and real-world hospitality experience.
- Train students in hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality management.
- Guide learners in front office operations, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and customer service.
- Provide training on professional communication, guest handling, and service standards.
- Teach learners to handle hospitality situations and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Support practical exercises, assignments, role-plays, and real hospitality scenarios.
- Help students develop skills for careers in hotels, restaurants, resorts, and hospitality.
Requirements
- Experienced hospitality professional or trainer with real-world industry experience.
- Ability to deliver practical training to students and working professionals.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality management.
- Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and customer service.
