- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, Agents and professional networks
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for a wide range of hospitality positions
- Assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews
- Maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements
- Prepare candidate reports and recommendations for clients and hiring managers
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Hospitality Recruitment with immigration background
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and various hotel operations roles
- Excellent interviewing, screening, and shortlisting skills
- Strong Agent sourcing and recruitment marketing experience
- Ability to identify high quality candidates and match them with client requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Experience working in a recruitment agency immigration background environment will be an advantage

Job Overview
- Matchworker International Dubai is expanding its recruitment team and is looking for an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Screener with strong immigration industry knowledge and excellent candidate assessment skills.

Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Hospitality Recruitment with immigration background.
