About the Role
MATCH Hospitality is building a network of freelance hospitality operations professionals for the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027. Roles include Hospitality Operations Managers and Supervisors to support venue operations in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.

Responsibilities
- Support mobilization, operational delivery, and demobilization of the Official Hospitality Programme across tournament venues
- Coordinate service providers and oversee operational readiness
- Deliver exceptional experiences for hospitality guests
- Manage venue operations, premium catering services, technical and infrastructure delivery
- Handle guest experience including guest access, hosting, and entertainment
- Provide match day operations delivery and reporting
Requirements
- Experience delivering hospitality programs in major international sports events
- Hospitality stadium operations expertise
- Experience managing contractors and service providers
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to perform in fast paced, high pressure environments
- Must have accommodation in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam)
