Role Description

  • The Hospitality Manager is a senior, full time, on site leadership role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • This role is responsible for orchestrating daily operations across our premium venues, managing front of house and back of house teams, ensuring immaculate service standards, and maintaining an exceptionally welcoming, efficient environment for our guests.
  • The Hospitality Manager will monitor reservation flows, table turns, and overall service quality, address guest feedback, and resolve complex issues in a professional, timely manner.
  • Responsibilities include supervising staff schedules, supporting strategic recruitment and onboarding, coordinating with the kitchen on high level menu execution, and ensuring total adherence to local food safety, hygiene, and company compliance policies.
  • The role also involves tracking critical business performance metrics, controlling operational costs, and supporting targeted promotional activities to drive brand revenue and customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of intensive, progressive hospitality management or restaurant operations experience specifically within the GCC region
  • Proven experience leading teams within high volume, premium casual, premium lounge, or fine dining environments
  • Unwavering customer service orientation with a track record of driving premium guest relations and high Customer Satisfaction scores
  • Strong capacity to manage and mentor cross functional teams, including direct experience with hiring, structural training, and performance feedback
  • Exceptional communication skills for seamless interaction with upscale guests, team members, and executive stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential.
  • Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, menu management, quality control, cost management, and standard GCC health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to remain composed under intense operational pressure and manage shifting venue priorities smoothly
  • Comfort working flexible, hospitality oriented hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by business volume
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
