A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
Manage all aspects of on-site training and installation of Infor Hospitality software applications.
Conduct standardized training courses using Infor training documentation.
Provide on-site transitional support of software installation go-live.
Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor.
Adhere to project schedule including flights, training, meetings, conference calls, etc.
Assist in creating and updating installation and training documentation.
Maintain superior product knowledge and complete product competency certification.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working in hotel operations including front desk, management, night audit, etc.
- Ability to travel 75% - must have or be able to obtain valid US passport & driver’s license.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in hotel operations, business, or related field.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Previous experience in casino operations.
- Previous experience providing remote or onsite training, configuration, and implementation.
