Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to acutely ill patients in the Emergency Room, focusing on rapid assessment and stabilization.
- Collaborate with ER physicians, nurses, and specialists to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring seamless patient transitions.
- Manage and coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, optimizing bed utilization and patient flow.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret results, including but not limited to, EKGs, X rays, and lab data.
