About the Role

- Professionally answer multi line phone and transfer calls to needed departments
- Schedule and confirm appointment and follow ups for doctors and patients
- Maintain and verify records and accounts of patients and doctors with confidentiality
- Process different payments for patients and issue receipts
- Ensure maintenance of reception area

- Ensure maintenance of reception area
- Grace under pressure
