Job Summary
Lead the hospital's overall operations and management.
Ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, financial performance, patient satisfaction, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee overall hospital operations and performance across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Monitor operational, financial, quality, and patient experience KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with medical, nursing, and administrative leaders to coordinate resources and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hospital performance, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery is required.
- Master's in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in healthcare or hospital management, including senior leadership responsibilities.
- Strong experience in hospital operations, financial management, quality, and performance improvement.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
