Role Description
Part-time remote role overseeing the strategic and operational performance of hospital services within healthcare initiatives.
The role combines clinical and non-clinical coordination, quality care, compliance, resource management, and technology-enabled improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical and non-clinical hospital operations.
- Ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource use.
- Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize patient service processes.
- Support technology-enabled solutions in hospital workflows.
- Collaborate with medical staff, administrative teams, and external partners.
- Develop training and change-management initiatives.
- Contribute to long-term planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Clinical and healthcare knowledge, including medicine and familiarity with hospital environments.
- Operations management experience in hospital or healthcare service delivery.
- Budgeting, patient service, training, and staff development experience.
- Leadership and decision-making ability in complex multidisciplinary settings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with comfort using digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
