Responsible for demonstrating proficiency in all pharmacist functions such as interpret, transcribe or verify medication orders.
Attend and actively participating in daily multidisciplinary and bedside rounds, completing drug utilization review to promote rational drug therapy, leading and developing clinical services, mentoring, and educating staff to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation of clinical activities as needed.
