- Lead and manage day to day business operations across B2B, B2C, and Showroom divisions

- Manage key customer and supplier relationships
- Identify and secure new suppliers and business opportunities
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team
- Represent the company in industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- 5 7 years of managerial or commercial leadership experience in F&B and HoReCa industries
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and business operations
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Valid GCC driving license

- The company imports and distributes premium coffee beans, teas, and coffee machines to hotels, restaurants, specialty coffee shops, and retail customers.
