About the job

  • A leading F&B trading company in Qatar is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee its full operations and drive commercial growth.
  • The company imports and distributes premium coffee beans, teas, and coffee machines to hotels, restaurants, specialty coffee shops, as well as retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day to day business operations across multiple divisions (B2B, B2C, and Showroom).
  • Oversee sales and marketing strategies to grow market share and profitability.
  • Manage key customer and supplier relationships, ensuring service excellence and long term partnerships.
  • Identify and secure new suppliers, business opportunities, and market segments.
  • Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high performance culture.
  • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of managerial or commercial leadership experience, ideally in F&B and HoReCa industries.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and business operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with cross functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing).
  • Valid GCC driving license is required.
