- Identify and secure new suppliers, business opportunities, and market segments
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high performance culture
- Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Requirements
- 5 7 years of managerial or commercial leadership experience in F&B and HoReCa industries
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and business operations
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Valid GCC driving license
