Coffee Trading is hiring a HORECA Sales Executive in Dubai to acquire new clients and manage key accounts within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés segment. The role involves business development, account management, and sales execution with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new HORECA accounts including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and corporate offices
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with a clear focus on conversion
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor activity
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms in line with company policy
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Provide client training on product usage and equipment maintenance
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or beverage equipment
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing HORECA accounts in the UAE
- Established network within the UAE hospitality and foodservice sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle
