Plan, coordinate, and control the Hook-up phase in line with client and contractual requirements.

Project Execution
- Express Hook-up needs during engineering and planning phases, balancing time, cost, and feasibility.
- Define the Hook-up Project Execution Plan and interfaces with fabrication, T&I, and commissioning.
- Support budget, schedule, staffing plan, and cost-control report definition.
- Define and implement the resource mobilization plan with HR.
- Ensure timely subcontract specifications and technical bid evaluations.
- Prepare Hook-up document lists, procedures, and specifications.
- Participate in HAZID, constructability, and 3D model reviews.
- Ensure detailed Hook-up planning and control activities are performed through the relevant system.
Offshore and Technical Delivery
- Ensure Hook-up requirements for welding, painting and coating, and quality control are addressed before the offshore campaign.
- Develop carry-over analysis with fabrication to minimize disruption from incomplete yard activities.
- Ensure material management procedures are defined and enforced with the Yard Project Manager.
- Coordinate the Hook-up Offshore Team through campaign completion.
- Provide progress data with Project Control and review the overall outcome.
Stakeholder and Governance
- Represent Saipem toward clients, partners, and subcontractors on Hook-up contractual matters.
- Implement risk and knowledge management methodologies and Saipem Golden and Silver Rules.
- Contribute to project lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
- Support assessment of potential contract variations with project management functions.
Qualifications
- A master's or bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- The role requires 10 years of experience as a Hook-Up Manager within the oil and gas industry.
- English language skills are required; additional languages may be specified by the project.
- The start date is as soon as possible.
