The Honorary Regional Advisor is a volunteer, remote role focused on supporting AI20 Global Alliance’s mission within an assigned region.
Help identify and nurture strategic partnerships, including collaborations with universities, research centers, industry stakeholders, and policy bodies.
Participate in virtual meetings, provide insights on regional AI trends, and advise on outreach strategies and regional initiatives.
Represent AI20 Global Alliance in relevant forums, contribute to thought leadership content or events.
Help connect local innovators and organizations with global opportunities.

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and their applications across sectors.
Experience in building strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or ecosystem development at regional or international levels.
Background in policy, governance, or regulatory frameworks related to technology, innovation, or digital transformation is beneficial.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and networking skills.
Prior experience in leadership, advisory, or ambassadorial roles in industry, academia, government, or non profit is an advantage.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and sustainable innovation.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate across time zones.
Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an asset.
Relevant academic background in technology, business, public policy, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
