- Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues in a collaborative and professional manner
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs in an inclusive environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Relevant teaching qualification and certification (e.g., teaching license or diploma)
- Experience teaching in an American Curriculum school is an advantage
- Commitment to fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment for young learners
- Bilingual Speakers only (Arabic and English)

Role Description
- This is a full time on site position in Dubai for a Homeroom Teacher Elementary.
- The Homeroom Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to promote student development, assessing and monitoring student progress, fostering a positive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student success.
- The teacher will integrate innovative teaching strategies aligned with the school’s American Curriculum and inclusive philosophy.
