Homemaker and Personal Care Caregiver

At Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our patients through compassion, trust, and sensory interaction. As a Homemaker and Personal Care Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with household tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
- Develop and maintain a warm and welcoming environment, fostering a sense of comfort and well-being
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
