Homeless Services Program Manager

✅ Strategic & Resourceful – Can navigate complex situations, make sound decisions, solve problems, and turn ideas into action.

✅ Collaborative – Builds effective relationships across healthcare, behavioral health, social services, housing, and community systems.

✅ Accountable – Can balance compassion with program standards, safety, documentation, compliance, and grant requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Public Health
• Experience in program management, planning, and oversight, including clinically oriented work
• Experience with workforce management and training
• Understanding of systems of care and community resources
• Experience developing collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Valid Oregon Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.

• Master's degree in Human Services
• Experience supervising staff and making clinical decisions.
• Experience working with people experiencing homelessness and/or individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness.
