Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organised and comfortable household (daily cleaning, tidying, laundry, basic errands)
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure the kitchen and communal areas are in good order
- Manage deliveries, groceries and pantry supplies
- Learn and assist with digital marketing tasks such as basic social media posting, content scheduling and simple graphic creation
- Help draft and format blog posts, newsletters or social updates
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips, including flights and accommodation
- Support general administrative tasks like calendar management, research and simple data entry
Requirements
- Currently living in the UAE with valid residency or transferrable work status
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality or personal assistance
- Comfortable using a computer and open to learning new software
- Organised, trustworthy and discreet; able to balance multiple tasks
- Willing to live onsite and work closely with a small household team

What You’ll Do
- Homekeeping & Household Support (approx. 50%): Maintain a clean, organised and comfortable household (daily cleaning, tidying, laundry, basic errands); assist with meal preparation; manage deliveries, groceries and pantry supplies; respect and safeguard the privacy of the household.

Who You Are
- Currently living in the UAE with valid residency or transferrable work status

- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality or personal assistance; any exposure to digital marketing or content creation is an advantage
- Comfortable using a computer and open to learning new software
