The successful applicant will be required to work in accordance with the BCGEU Collective Agreement as well as the policies and benefits therein, in addition to all relevant Tla’amin Health policies and procedures.
This position is open to applicants of all genders.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with Tla’amin policies, standards, practices and procedures as directed by the Home and Community Care Coordinator.
Maintains confidentiality as required pertaining to members, clients, employees and general matters of the Nation.

Work is performed primarily in individual client homes.
Occasional travel to attend meetings or training is required.
This position may be required to work outside normal office hours depending on the needs of the individual clients.
