Responsibilities
- Assess client eligibility and explain mortgage products.
- Prepare and submit loan applications, coordinating with banks and internal stakeholders to secure approvals.
- Maintain accurate records, follow up on documentation, and provide ongoing updates to clients regarding application status.
- Build relationships with property developers and referral partners.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to sales targets and overall business growth.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Loans and Loan Origination, including end to end processing of home loan applications.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Mortgage Lending principles, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long term client relationships.
- Ability to analyze financial documents, assess creditworthiness, and recommend suitable lending solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in banking, mortgage advisory, or financial services within the UAE market is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
