About the Role
The Nurse Company in Dubai is hiring a Home Health Care Assistant to provide direct client support in their homes. Duties include assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to clients in their homes, assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, and other activities of daily living
- Monitor and document basic health status, follow care plans, and promptly report changes in condition to supervising nurses or care coordinators
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping related to client care, and safe transfers or positioning
- Offer emotional support, engage clients in safe activities, respect cultural and family preferences, and maintain clear communication with clients, families, and the care team
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in Home Care, including supporting clients safely in their home environment and following individualized care plans
- Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility
- Strong Patient Care and Personal Care skills, including maintaining client dignity, privacy, comfort, and infection control practices
- Effective Communication skills to interact respectfully with clients, families, and care teams
- Previous experience in home health, elderly care, or similar caregiving roles preferred
- Relevant caregiving, nursing assistant, or practical nursing certification or training is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Reliable, empathetic, patient, and able to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility

- Previous experience in home health, elderly care, or similar caregiving roles is preferred.
