Role overview
Home or family driver for a private household in Dubai.
The role includes family transportation, maid transportation, household errands, and collection or delivery of required items.
Key responsibilities
- Drive family members safely whenever required.
- Provide daily transportation for the housemaid, including grocery shopping and household errands.
- Purchase and collect groceries, household supplies, food, laundry, medicines, and other household requirements.
- Pick up and deliver items from shops, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies.
- Assist with loading and unloading groceries and household items.
- Keep the family vehicle clean, tidy, fueled, and ready for use.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, registration, Salik, tyres, and general maintenance.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and maintain safe driving standards.
- Remain flexible with working hours when family transportation or household errands are required.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations.
- Ability to use Google Maps and navigation applications.
- Previous family or home driver experience is preferred.
- Polite, trustworthy, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Willingness to assist with household-related errands and transportation.
- Good basic English communication.
- Clean driving record is preferred.
Job type and pay
- Full-time position in a private household.
- Pay is AED 1,500 to AED 2,500 per month.
