Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed, monitor vital signs, and provide effective wound care management.
• Assist in diagnostic and clinical procedures, supporting various medical tests as required.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medical conditions, and proper medication adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and established quality standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while offering emotional support throughout the care journey.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
• Proficiency in English, Tagalog; Arabic is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
